The following office/staff is involved in the effective day-to-day functioning of Hostel and its administration: a) Warden b) Executive Warden c) Deputy Warden d) Residential Counsellor/ Caretaker e) Hostel employees.
MIT Hostel Administration (MITHA) consists of Executive Warden, Deputy Wardens, Residential Counsellors, Mess Student representatives (UG / PG Boys & Girls from all department / years), Hostel Student representatives (Boys & Girls from all years). The Executive Warden will act as chairman for MIT hostel administration.
The Executive Warden is appointed by Dean, MIT Campus, in consultation with the Vice-Chancellor, Anna University, from the regular teaching staff of the Institute. Each hostel is supervised by Deputy Warden and assisted by Residential Counsellor or a Caretaker, who will be available in the hostel, in the normal working hours and as per time schedule decided by MITHA
For day to day working, Deputy Warden of the hostel will take decision. If required they may consult Chairman, MITHA and take his approval. For implementing policy matter, Executive Warden may report to Dean, MIT Campus.
Each mess is administered by the concerned mess supervisor along with the students mess committee, under the directions from Deputy Warden of respective hostel. The students can approach any of the above officers for help, guidance and grievance redressal. The representations to higher officers must be forwarded through proper channel.
When an authority is not satisfied with the performance of an official/staff working hierarchically below him/her, the monitoring authority can report such dissatisfaction in writing. Such report should invariably contain details about the cause of dissatisfaction and should be sent to the officer hierarchically above. Any such matter will be finally reported to the Dean and the Dean reserves the right to initiate any action as he / she deems fit for the situation.
General duties and responsibilities of the various post holders in the hostel administration are outlined herein. If necessary, these duties and responsibilities are subject to change at any time, with approval from the Dean by MIT Hostel Administration.
The duties and responsibilities of the Executive Warden are as follows.
Overseeing the overall administration of all hostels and the MIT Hostel office |
Coordinating with deputy wardens from various hostels to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the MITH office. |
Implementing measures for efficient hostel administration and student welfare. |
Maintaining a comprehensive database of students through the MITH office. |
Ensuring discipline within the hostels. |
Developing policies for the allocation of hostels to students |
Implementing decisions made by Institute authorities. |
Communicating with the parents/guardians of hostel residents. |
The duties and responsibilities of the deputy warden are as follows.
Allotting rooms to students following the guidelines issued by the Executive Warden, MIT Hostels. |
Addressing grievances related to hostel functioning and nominating a deputy warden representative for the purpose. |
Nominating students for various committees such as the mess menu committee, hostel maintenance committee, Cleanliness Committee, and others. |
Regularly visiting hostels to interact with students and address day-to-day problems. |
Granting permission for guests to reside in the hostel upon student / Alumnus / AU Staff Members requests. |
Supervising the working of hostel staff. |
Dealing with acts of indiscipline among students. |
Reporting serious cases of indiscipline or ragging to the disciplinary committee at the Institute level. |
Checking various registers and ledgers maintained by the RC’s, caretakers, maintenance supervisors and mess supervisors, periodically |
Maintaining the overall ambiance of the hostel premises. |
Ensuring the proper maintenance of rooms and hostel premises |
Catering to immediate minor requirements in the hostel using a permanent advance (impress money). |

The duties and responsibilities of the residential counsellor are as follows
Assist the deputy warden in maintaining the hostel discipline and managing various tasks mentioned above. |
Provide advice and guidance for the smooth operation of the Mess and ensure the quality of the food. |
Check hostel installations, floors, and wings for proper functioning and ambiance |
Conduct routine inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and related facilities. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards. Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality standards. Gather feedback from residents or diners to assess their satisfaction with the food quality. |
Ensure compliance with the code of conduct and facilitate hostel services for inmates |
Keep track of students' leave records by monitoring the In and Out register. |
Conduct routine inspections of the hostel to ensure cleanliness. Monitor the completion of maintenance work in the hostel and supervise the caretaker/maintenance supervisor in maintaining the hostel premises. |
Conduct regular visits to the hostel and address day-to-day problems faced by students |
Forward all hostel inmate applications, such as requests for bank account openings, bank loan or bonafide certificate, to the administration through the concerned deputy warden. |
Maintain proper records and oversee the recovery of hostel dues and fine funds |
Take daily attendance of residents and submit the records to the deputy warden concerned. |
Monitor and ensure that no unauthorized students / persons reside in the hostel without the permission of the Executive Warden. |
The duties and responsibilities of the Caretaker (Girls’ Hostel) / Maintenance Supervisor / Store keeper (Boys Hostel) / Student Section Advisor / House-keeping Supervisor are as follows.
Maintain an inventory of furniture, electrical items, and other belongings in each room. |
Ensure proper maintenance of hostel rooms, common areas, toilets, mess and other premises. Coordinate with the Electrical Maintenance Section, Building Section and Sanitary Department of the Institute. |
Ensure proper water supply and drinking water arrangements in the hostel. |
Handle postal deliveries, courier packages and distribute admit cards to hostel inmates. |
Monitor and ensure that no unauthorized students/persons reside in the hostel without the permission of the Executive Warden |
Maintain records of guests and visitors. |
Keep the Hostel stock register updated for furniture, equipment and electrical and civil fixtures. |
Provide a daily report to the Deputy Warden within the prescribed time. Include information on the maintenance of civil and electrical works, student discipline, guest / visitor records and any other pertinent information |
Supervise the work of helpers, gardeners, sweepers and security guards. |
(a) Accommodation for UG StudentsHostel accommodation is available exclusively for UG students registered as regular Institute attendees. No accommodation will be provided to students with cancelled registrations. Removal from the Institute rolls results in an automatic cessation of hostel membership. |
(b) Accommodation for PG StudentsIf hostel vacancies remain after the allotment to undergraduate (UG) students, accommodation may be extended to postgraduate (PG) students for the maximum duration of their approved course. |
(c) Accommodation for PhD ScholarsAccommodation for Ph.D. scholars is provided only in Orchid International Boys Hostel and Girls Hostel (A/C) for a maximum duration of three years. |
NOTE:After admission, any misleading or false statement or information in the application form will result in termination of admission. Upon termination, students are not entitled to stay or enter the hostel or any part thereof. If she/he does not leave the premises of the Hostel student shall be liable to be forcibly removed from the hostel. |
Upon admission and at the commencement of each academic year, every resident must submit a duly completed Personal Data Form. While the local guardian's address and phone number are optional, the student's and parent's email addresses are mandatory. Any changes in the address or telephone number of the parent/local guardian must be promptly updated in the hostel office in writing. The personal data form is available at the MITH office or can be downloaded from the MITH website. |
The hostel administration will generally provide one cot, study table (individual/shared), chair (shared/individual) and one almirah/cupboard (wall fixed or movable) for each occupant. Upon arrival, students are required to report to the Residential Counsellor, take possession of the room and sign the inventory of furniture, electrical appliances and other items in the room. |
Once the room is allotted to a student for an academic year, a room will not be changed without the permission of the Executive Warden. |
If a student's behaviour changes during their stay in the hostel, they must immediately inform the Residential Counsellor/Deputy Warden/Executive Warden and vacate the hostel. In the case of a shortage of rooms, the Hostel administration reserves the right to allocate more occupants than the room's designed capacity.

All residents are obligated to adhere the expected standards of behaviour consistent with students of a prestigious institution of national repute. Courteous and fair conduct is mandatory both within and outside the MITH campus.

Students are strictly prohibited from changing or interchanging their rooms with another student or shifting into a vacant room without obtaining prior written permission from the Executive Warden/Deputy Warden. The Deputy Warden/Residential Counsellor reserves the right to relocate a student from their assigned room to another room in the hostel at any time without providing a reason. |
The Warden/ Executive Warden/ Deputy Warden/ Residential Counsellor have the discretionary authority to inspect any room at any time |
Students residing in the hostel do so at their own risk, liability and consequences. |
Rooms are allotted to each student on their personal responsibility. Students are expected to oversee the upkeep of their room, the hostel and its environment. |
It is imperative that residents maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms, common areas and the hostel surroundings. Pasting notices on walls or scribbling is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in an appropriate fine. |
Students are expressly forbidden from engaging in any political or communal activities that may disrupt law and order or go against the government. Furthermore, students are not allowed to conduct any form of propaganda or publicity, regardless of the subject matter. |
Students must obtain prior written permission from the Warden before providing any information, interviews, or making speeches regarding the hostel to members of the Press, Radio and Television, any other media or social media. |
Students are expected to be decently dressed when outside their rooms. Attire such as tight, body-hugging clothes, short tops, short bottoms, sleeveless dresses, without shawl etc., is strictly forbidden outside the hostel block. Additionally, students are required to wear decent dress, while dining. |
Strict silence must be observed in the hostel from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. Care should be taken at all times to ensure that music/loud talking is not audible outside the room. Any form of festivities, noise-making, or celebrations causing disturbance to other inmates in the hostel premises will not be entertained. Also, the students are not permitted to use phone calls inside the room when the inmates are studying (during any time) or sleeping (after 9.00 pm). |
Students are not permitted to bring extra furniture or fixtures into their rooms. All furniture and fixtures in the rooms allotted to students must be cared for responsibly. Students will be held responsible for the cost of any item found missing or damaged wilfully or due to misuse or unfair wear and tear. |
Electric appliances are not permitted in the rooms. The Residential Counsellor/Deputy Warden has the authority to confiscate any prohibited gadget. Electric Water Heaters, Lights in the bathroom should only be used as necessary and turned off when not in use. Students are reminded to switch off lights and fans when leaving the room. Table lamps can be used for study purposes after 12:00 am. |
Hostel authorities will not be responsible for any loss of money, jewellery or personal belongings of any student. Students are strongly advised not to keep cash, jewellery or any valuable items in their rooms. |
Gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises of the hostel. |
Students are instructed to promptly bring any pending maintenance work (Civil, Carpentry, Electrical and Sanitation) in rooms, corridors, etc., to the attention of the Residential Counsellor / caretaker/maintenance supervisor |
Students are expected to cooperate in carrying out maintenance work and must vacate their rooms entirely when the Hostel administration requires rooms for such purposes. In these instances, the management will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation. If maintenance work is scheduled while the room is occupied, it is the occupant's responsibility to make the room available for maintenance. |
Students are strictly prohibited from watching unauthorized or illegal movies in their rooms. Violations of this policy will be dealt with severely. |
Residents of a room bear responsibility for any damage to the property during their occupancy and are required to replace or repair, at their own cost, any such damages. |
In the case of damage or loss to hostel property, the cost will be recovered from the students who are responsible for that damage or loss, if identified. Alternatively, the cost may be distributed among all students of the wing/ floor/ hostel, as decided by the Executive Warden. |
Residents are prohibited from moving any furniture from its proper allotted place or causing damage to them in any way. Additional items belonging to the hostel in a room must be handed over to the residential counsellor/caretaker. Failure to comply will result in the imposition of penal rent, as determined by the Executive Warden / Deputy Wardens. |
Residents are strictly prohibited from removing fittings from any other room or common area and installing them in their own room. |
Hostel residents are required to vacate the hostel once their regular exams are over. |

Unauthorized use of electrical appliances such as immersion heaters, electric kettle, tower fan, electric stove / heaters, induction cookware, A.C and Refrigerators are not allowed in the rooms. Such appliances, if found will be confiscated and a fine will also be imposed. |
The uses of audio systems which may cause inconvenience to other occupants are not allowed. The students should not view objectionable videos |
When the students go out of their room they should switch off all the electrical / electronic appliances, and keep it locked. Violation will attract suitable penalty and punishment as decided by authorities |
In case any student has to stay out of hostel for a day or more for any reason, he has to inform the Executive Warden/ Deputy Warden/ Hostel administration and take their permission. |
Hostel students must make entry in the in-out register available with respective security guard. |
All residents of girls’ hostels must be back in the hostel before in-time of the hostel. If a girl student needs to stay out of the hostel after in-time due to any reason, she has to apply for and take prior written permission from the Executive Warden/Deputy Warden (Women). Violation of this rule may lead to disciplinary action including expulsion from the hostel. |
The hostel students of all hostel need to take “Out Pass” for going outside campus of availing any visit outside the MIT campus premises. |
They can collect the passes booklet from respective Residential Counsellors. When availing the out campus visit the student has to entry the time, visiting place and purpose of the visit in Register maintained at individual hostels without any over writting. When going out of the campus he/she should give the pass to the Security guard deputed at specific gate. |
Inmates should not indulged in any type of indecent activities and unacceptable behaviour falling which strict disciplinary actions will be taken. |
Students shall treat the staff and housekeeping staff of the Hostel with due courtesy at all times. Service of the housekeeping staff shall NOT be utilized for private or personal work. No tips in cash or kind will be given to the staff of the Hostel and Mess. |
Pets: Students shall not bring and/or keep any pets in the premises including fish, cats, dogs, and so on. Students should desist from pampering stray dog by offering food, petting the metc. |
Cleanliness: Students shall keep their room, veranda and surrounding areas tidy, neat and clean at all times and shall not throw anything including rubbish, in such places or any premises in the hostel except in the dustbin or the place specifically provided for the said purpose. No wet clothes should be dried on the furniture or in corridors/ balconies. The Residential Counsellor has the right to confiscate any such clothes hung for drying in the balconies. No students shall store any cooked food in the room. |
Attendance Register: Attendance will be taken by the residential counsellor/caretaker before 9.00 pm every night. After that, the students are not allowed to go out of the hostel other than medical emergency with the help of residential counsellor. |
Student members shall not issue orders to hostel employee or interfere in their work. Cases of misconduct of the hostel employees shall be reported to the Executive Warden/ Deputy Warden with full particulars. |
Student Members are not allowed to put up notices or convene meetings or take out procession of any sort within the hostel area. |
Silence is to be maintained in the hostel premises, including rooms, bathrooms, dining halls, corridors, common areas, etc. Every student in the hostel should have the civic responsibility not to cause any nuisance, annoyance, or disturbance to others. |
Hostellers shall not waste food, electricity and water, as wastage of food is a national loss. If anyone is found indulging in such wastage, he/she will be asked to vacate the hostel, as it causes unnecessary and unavoidable expenditure for others. |
Possession of any lethal weapons or any instrument/contrivance likely to cause physical harm to others is strictly prohibited. |
If any hosteller is found involved in any form of instigation, intimidation or threat to other hostellers, he or she will be asked to vacate the hostel forthwith. In this regard, the decision of the Warden or Executive Warden is final and binding on the individual concerned |
Day scholars are not permitted inside the hostel premises and are not allowed to stay overnight. |
Celebrating birthday parties or any other celebrations inside the hostel is strictly prohibited. |
The collection of donations for any purpose (religious or otherwise) is also strictly prohibited. |
Students are not allowed to play any outdoor games inside the hostel to prevent breakages and accidents. Sliding along handrails or the rest of the stairs and fast running or climbing down should also be totally avoided for the same reason. |
Students are not allowed to stay in the hostel during class hours unless the stay is unavoidable due to illness or any other valid reason. In such cases, they should seek permission from the Deputy Warden and communicate the information to the Resident Counsellor in writing. |
Regular latecomers will not be allowed to stay in the hostel. Absentees or latecomers (without prior permission from the Deputy Warden/Residential Counsellors) will be fined accordingly. Students consistently arriving late or being absent will face expulsion from the hostel, and such students shall not be readmitted under any circumstances. |
Wrong entry, improper/lack of entry in the exit register, signing on behalf of another person, tampering with entries, proxy attendance and any form of misguidance are punishable offenses. In the case of any quarrel between or among roommates, it should be reported to the RC/Deputy Warden for appropriate action. |
Residents are advised to use only bicycles and the use of motorcycles, scooters and four-wheelers in the campus is strictly prohibited. |
Ragging is strictly prohibited. Anybody found indulging in such activities should report to the hostel authorities immediately.
Ragging in any form (making unpleasant noise, disorderly conduct, doing any act which causes or likely to cause physical or psychological harm or raise apprehension or fear of shame or an embarrassment to the new student, which include teasing, abusing, playing practical jokes on or causing hurt to such students or asking the new students to do any act or to perform such things which such students will not in the ordinary course willingly do) is strictly forbidden. If anyone is found guilty of ragging he/ she will be expelled and also liable for prosecution under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1997.
Ragging of students admitted to the Institute is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy by senior students will be dealt with severely, in accordance with the norms and guidelines issued by the competent authorities.
All senior student hostellers are required to sign an Anti-Ragging Undertaking form in accordance with UGC guidelines. This form should be submitted to the Executive Warden at the MIT Hostel office.
Freshers should promptly report any incidents of ragging. Failure to report, even when witnessing or being victims, will be considered complicity in the practice and will result in appropriate punishment.
All the inmates of a hostel will compulsorily become a permanent member of the mess. Each hostel mess will have a mess committee consisting of student representatives from all years and departments of the hostel to be nominated by the Executive Warden / Deputy Warden. The term of this committee will be for a period of one academic year, unless otherwise instructed.
The mess committee will make the change in menu and will do other related work in consultation with Executive Warden/Deputy Warden and Mess manager.
Lunch/Dinner will be self-served on the table. |
The quantity of food will be unlimited, except in the case of special items. |
Provision of non-vegetarian/ egg/ additional/ special/ supplement food items on coupon basis. |
Students are requested to carry their coupons when going to mess |
Students other than the mess committee members are not permitted to enter the kitchen or store room of the mess on any account. |
Students are not permitted to cook any food on their own in the mess or in their rooms. |
Students will not be permitted to take food outside from the mess on any circumstances and also not permitted to take mess utensils such as plate, spoon, tumblers, etc., to their rooms |
No food will be served in the rooms of the hostel for any student unless a certificate is produced from the Institute Medical Officer to the effect that the students’ condition requires the food to be served in their rooms. |
No diner shall waste food. Paying mess bill does not entitle a diner to waste food |
Assist in maintaining the mess and surroundings neat and clean. No notices shall be pasted on walls. Notices put up on the notice boards should not be removed by the diners. |
All diners shall interact with the mess staff in the dining hall in a courteous manner. |
After eating, diners shall leave the cup, plate, waste food etc. in the designated bins. |
Students are requested not to waste food. Outsiders are not allowed in the mess |
Guest rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be decided by specific hostel mess committee, subjected to revision from time to time based on the prevalent rates in the market with the approval of Warden on the recommendation of MITHA. |
All the students of the hostel should take their food in the allotted mess only. |
Meal timings are displayed at the entrance of the dining hall. These timings are to be strictly adhered to. It is not obligatory on the part of the kitchen/dining hall staff to serve the meals outside the prescribed timings. |
Identity is to be produced at the dining hall at the time of breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, failing which service in the dining hall is liable to be refused, for want of identification. |

Hostel fine fund will be utilized for hostel upkeep, as would be decided by the hostel maintenance committee and hostel administration. The fine funds are to be accounted clearly and are subject to internal audit |
The amount of fine to be imposed against the type of indiscipline will be decided by the hostel administration |
Please refer the existing recent circular on MIT Hostel website. The fees specified therein are subject to changes from time to time as decided by the Institute administration.
Subject to availability of proper accommodation facility, guests of residents may be permitted, with the prior written approval from the Executive Warden, to stay in Guest House for not more than one day, on payment of the necessary charges as fixed by the Hostel administration from time to time. |
No overnight guests are allowed in a student rooms |
In boys’ hostels, the parents of students and other male guests may visit the student room after obtaining due permission from Executive Warden/Deputy Warden and after making proper entry at the hostel gate. |
Male students/visitors are not allowed inside the girls’ hostel. |
Female visitors are not allowed in boys’ hostels. |
Violation of any of the above rules regarding stay in the hostels will lead to disciplinary action including expulsion from the hostel. |
In girls’ hostels, the mother of the student may visit her room after obtaining due permission from Executive Warden/Deputy Warden and after making proper entry at the hostel gate. Other male guests, including father, may not be allowed inside the girls’ hostel. |
Visitors/Parents: Visitors/parents are allowed to visit a student only in the visitor’s lobby on the service floor between 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm on working days and between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm on Sundays and public holidays. No student shall engage in extended conversation with visitors in the compound, either in or outside the gate/lane. No students can take any visitor, including her/his parents to their room. |
Any student found engaging in undesirable activities such as ragging, physical assault, property damage, causing inconvenience to other inmates, non-compliance with conduct rules or violating any other rule defined in this manual will be liable to the following punishments:
Expulsion from the hostel. |
No overnight guests are allowed in a student's room. |
A record of his / her misconduct will be documented in their personal file |
The cost of damage will be fully recovered from them along with penalty |
He/she will also be fined commensurate with the offence committed. |
The privilege of appearing for campus interviews will be denied when they reach their final year. |
No recommendations will be given to him/her for studies abroad. |
Any student found hosting/harbouring an offender will also be liable to the punishments mentioned in Rule 12.0. |
Availing room service or taking food or mess utensils to the room will attract a fine and disciplinary action by hostel administration, if repeated. |
Any breach of the conduct rules or any act of indiscipline will prompt an enquiry conducted by the Hostel Administration. If the student is found guilty, then the Hostel Administration will take disciplinary action as it deems fit. Depending on the case, the administration reserves the right to take direct disciplinary action, amounting to even expulsion at short notice from the hostel. |
In the case of illness of a hosteller, the Residential Counselor/ Care Taker/ Deputy Warden / Executive Warden/Warden shall inform the Institute Medical Officer for treatment and also notify the local guardian. The following medical facilities shall be available to all the hostellers:
The medical officer at the institute health centre shall examine cases at the OPD and provide necessary treatment utilizing the available resources in free of cost. If the Medical Officer deems the need for treatment outside the Institute Health Centre / Hospital, they may refer the case to the outside hospital or a private nursing home. In such cases, for treatment outside the Institute Health Centre / Hospital, the expenses shall be borne by the Hosteller/guardian/parent.
In case, if the hosteller requires hospitalization, it will be intimated to the local guardian and their parents/guardians at respective home addresses. It is the duty of the local guardian/ parent/ guardian to take care of their wards
If a need arises to follow up with the hosteller before their Parents/local Guardian arrive to take care of the student, it is the responsibility of the Institute health centre to follow up until the arrival of parents/ local guardian/ guardian.
In case of an emergency, an ailing hosteller may be shifted to their local (home town) hospital or to a hospital at any other place by the Institute, as per the advice of the Institute Medical Officer, with the condition that the expenses shall be borne by the Hosteller/ Guardian.
All cases of illness shall be reported to the Caretaker, who will inform the Deputy Warden/Executive Warden and/or the Institute Medical Officer. In case of illness, food can be served to the patient outside the dining hall with the permission from the Executive Warden/ Deputy Warden.
Details about the Medical Insurance facility can be obtained from the Health Center, MIT Campus.
General damage to the hostel property will be the collective responsibility of all the residents and they will be required to rectify such damage, when the students who caused it cannot be identified. |
Residents should not indulge in practices / activities, which may endanger their own personal safety as well as that of others |
Residents are duty bound to report the Residential Counsellor/ Caretaker/ Deputy Warden / Executive Warden / Warden / Institute authorities in case they notice any unwanted incident or undesirable activity going on in the hostel or on the campus. |
Residents are required to park the bicycles only in the space provided for them in an orderly manner. No vehicles should be parked near the entrance or in the corridors. |
Students should not arrange any functions or meeting within the hostel or outside or within the Institute campus without getting permission from the Executive Warden. |
Meetings for routine hostel affairs (management of mess, organizing sports, cocurricular and extra-curricular activities etc.) must be brought in to the notice of Executive Warden/Deputy Warden and with their consent. |
Students should not arrange any picnics outside the campus. |
Residents are required to be conscious of the environment in which they live by keeping it clean, healthy and presentable. |
Hostel residents are responsible for the safe keeping of their personal belongings. They are advised to keep under lock (preferably a branded one) all valuable items such as Laptop, Mobile Phone, etc. and lock the room even when they are out for a very short period. |
Any case of theft should be reported promptly to the Security Officer through hostel administration |
If students create law and order problems outside the campus, they are answerable to the police or city administration on their own. In such cases, they will also be answerable to MIT administration as per the institute norms. |
Do not go out in large groups which are difficult to control. If you get involved in unpleasant situations, you are not the only one to be affected. You end up creating a bad impression of our Institute too. |
MIT authorities will do its utmost to protect you as long as you are on the right side of the law. Do not overstep the social and moral limits; help us to help you. |
Alteration, Amendments and Additions to these Rules & Regulations may be carried out by MITH Administration with prior approval of Dean, MIT Campus. Dean, MIT Campus reserves the right for changes and additions in the rules and regulation as and when required
